The Thundercats defeated the Galgos 32-7 to take home the Super 8 Bowl II  Championship. The Thundercats finished the season with a 5 game winning streak and were led by a stellar defense that recorded 2 safties in the championship game and held the Galgos to just one score. The Thundercats offense led by QB Justin Mc Kenzie (3 TD passes in the game) Zach Gorman (the leagues 2nd leading rushing TD scorer) and the co #1 WR ‘s Cesar “Pollo” Vasquez and Phil Williams each added TD to cap off the season. The Thundercats took the lead when Ricky Thomas recorded a safety to put the  T-Cats up 2-0. Phillip Williams added to the scoring to make it a 8-0 T-Cat lead. Zach Gorman punched in a TD on the ground to put the T-Cats up 14-0. On the last play of the first half DB/WR Josh Lee scored on a hail mary to give the Thundercats a 20-0 lead, on the ensuing conversion the Galgos scored a return on the missed PAT to finish the first half 20-1 in favor of the Thundercats. A Pollo Vasquez TD in the 3rd quarter put the dagger in the heart of the Galgos and gave the Thundercats a 26-1 lead. A safety by Inaki Zarate added to the scoring pushing the lead to 28-1 when the Galgos finally scored in the 4th to make the score 28-7. The Thundercats capped it off with a Zach Gorman TD to wrap up the Super 8 Bowl 2 32-7.

In earlier action in a special exhibition the Lobos Intermedia defeated the Cuervos 13-8 to win the special exhibition challenge game.  With the second season now in the books the Super 8 moves forward into tournament season with the Super 9 TJ and Ensenada tournaments as well as the Super 8 Anniversary Tournament in Mexicali. Los Thundercats derrotaron a los Galgos 32-7 para llevarse el campeonato de Super 8 Bowl II . Los Thundercats terminó la temporada con 5 victorias consecutivas y fueron guiados por una defensa estelar que grabó 2 safties en la final del campeonato y se mantiene los galgos a una sola puntuación. El delito Thundercats dirigido por QB Justin Mc Kenzie ( 3 pases de touchdown en el juego) Zach Gorman ( las ligas segundo máximo anotador TD por tierra ) y la co # 1 WR ‘ s Cesar “Pollo” Vázquez y Phil Williams cada añadió TD para coronar la temporada. Los Thundercats tomó la delantera cuando Ricky Thomas registró una seguridad para poner los T- gatos de hasta 2-0. Phillip Williams añade a la puntuación para que sea una ventaja de T -Cat 8-0 . Zach Gorman marcó un TD en el suelo para poner los T- gatos de hasta 14-0 . En la última jugada de la primera mitad DB / WR Josh Lee anotó con un Ave María para dar a los Thundercats una ventaja de 20-0 , en la conversión de los Galgos siguiente anotaron un retorno de la PAT perdida para terminar la primera mitad 20-1 en favor de los Thundercats . Un Pollo Vasquez TD en el 3er trimestre puso el puñal en el corazón de los galgos y los Thundercats dio una ventaja de 26-1 . A la seguridad por Iñaki Zarate añade a la puntuación de empujar la ventaja a 28-1 cuando el Galgos finalmente anotó en el cuarto para poner el marcador 28-7 . Los Thundercats remató con Zach Gorman TD para concluir el Super 8 Vol. 2 32-7 .

En la acción anterior en una exposición especial del Lobos Intermedia derrotó a los Cuervos 13-8 para ganar la exposición especial desafío juego. Con la segunda temporada ahora en los libros de los Super 8 avanza en temporada de torneos con el Super 9 TJ y los torneos de Ensenada , así como el Super 8 Torneo Aniversario en Mexicali.
